How’s IBM HR for offers?

Hi Guys, how’s IBM work life balance? And will they hard for offer negotiations? Can I negotiate with them for 2-3 LPA. Please suggest.

NP: 90 days Location: Gurgaon Current package: 24 LPA Offering package: 28 LPA

My expectation is: 30-32 LPA

Questions like these deserve some basic info like yoe, is it for an enginnering role etc etc.

If you have 8-9 yoe , they will offer you 7B. 30 LPA is very much possible for 7B. They will offer you 30 LPA if the current offer is from a known MNC.
