How’s Groww India?
Anyone know about the work life balance in Groww Bangalore office?
I’m currently attending interviews. I’m a little worried because Groww is the only Softbank Vision fund invested companies that hasn’t conducted layoffs so far in India. I’m concerned if they might layoff employees soon.
Can anyone provide any details please?

Heard it's good from a friend of mine. On the business side though
Your worries are well founded. The company could have both a great culture and a myopic strategy. Not saying anything about groww particularly though.
Is Groww outside India as well?
Groww is pretty amazing from what I have heard
Dont join. That sector will see consolidation any time now. One bear market is enough to bring half the companies in that sector to its knees.
