How risky it is to put down your papers without any offers in hand at TCS. Reason: No company accepts 90 days of np.

Ar first , make sure you clear the interview ( by saying you can join in a month). You can negotiate politely later. Once you started to clear interviews, you will get confident and then you can resign and search aggressively. Please make sure you have market relevant skills.

Firstly, everybody knows TCS np and if we tell them 30 days they will ask for resignation mail for proof.

How should I plan my switch in 1-1.5 years to a better company and good dev work, considering I don't get good projects in TCS? I am a Ninja Associate btw

If your tech experience is as per current market demand then there is no risk. But if you’re learning then there is risk.

If you are not having big numbers in experience you can. For greater experience it is not difficult to get call. But always calculate your financial risk.

If you have no liabilities like any loans, take risk. Else ensure a offer letter than put down paper you can get multiple offers in 90 days if you search aggressively
