How Reimbursements works in Deloitte?

Could you please help me to understand how the reimbursements works in Deloitte? I’m finding it difficult to understand. Is this reimbursements inclusive of my CTC or Deloitte reimburses it exclusively in addition to my CTC. Also, what additional perks do we get in Deloitte. Please help me to understand in detail.
