
How realistic is it to get 36 LPA base
Yoe: 2.5 Tech stack: React Native, React JS Current: 25 base
Will Indian startups be willing to hire for this much base in current market? If yes, will the work life balance be absolute shit?

It was realistic in 2021. But even your current CTC may be considered overpaid once the funding runs out. Make sure the company is well funded before any switch. Market is sensitive for Heavy packages

Even my situation is far worse.I have 4 yoe.2 years in Accenture.Out of it 2 years in a mid level startup as Machine learning engineer.I make 10.2 LPA.Even I am planning to switch a asap.But a lot of work needs to be done.
Contributing to open source can be a long term strategy as there’s no guarantee you’ll get offer
