How often do you pair program in your organization?
We have to pair program all of the working hours and that's not helping me grow. It feels really exhausting and I feel bored easily.
How would you deal with such a situation?

This is such a sh*t paradigm. Only helpful when blocked else, it is all about inefficiency

Only when one of us is blocked. Ideally it should be as async as possible. You can just try saying "I'll try this and get back to you if I face any issues" and then continue solo. Wfo?
