How often do you leetcode?
I've seen my juniors doing leetcode all the time putting all the office work aside, then disturb others when they are done and get the work done quickly. In other words they have the best of both worlds! This brings me anxiety and extreme peer pressure on why I'm unable to do LC/DSA as I'm swamped up with work and unable to focus on problem solving skills. Do you guys really think this is worth it and it should be done in this way only?

Normal tier-2 SBC, why?
Side question: Why leetcode is/feels so hard? I am also not that great in leetcode.
Is it lost discipline? Wrong strategy (just cramming)? Or something
Else*? Thinking of switching, thats why asking

In my opinion LC or any DSA platform is to build problem solving skills. It challenges me when I can't solve a question. but the major problem for most of us is time constraint and in order to balance both work ,solve problem per day and learn new tech to keep up with the world is too much i guess.

I usually do it when there's any interview coming up. Else i will consume and practice my tech stack contents a little bit that's it. Because if i do it more often i feel like a numb robot solving questions
