How often and for how long do you get to spend time in your hometown/with family?

Those who work in offices in Bangalore, Hyderabad, or NCR, away from family, how often do you get to go back home and for how long?

Also is it the same for all companies, even top ones like Google, Microsoft, etc or they provide some sort of more leaves/wfh.

Starting out my career in tech next year, so I'm clueless about this aspect
