Trending @HCL; How not to Server Notice Period

I'm an E1 employee and resigning from the company. I don't want to serve the notice period due to personal reasons(been going through a lot) What can I do?

Also I won't be living on the current address of ESS anymore. Would that affect anything? Also while resigning it also shows the delivery address (my current address)

Pls help.!!

Are you going to any other company or going for higher studies? My colleague went for higher studies and he was immediately relieved within a week.

Also these days HCL is not stopping people much as they have to cut down on people. But then it depends on your project as well.

Work as bad as you can , I mean if a task is given ...you should give a blunt reply that you will not do it ... They will raise PIP for 2 weeks , then few days of bench will be there .. In total 45 days you will get released...

Bench period is also free period only...since if HCL is trying to assign any opportunity ...just tell them u dont fit in that role ..

Jokes apart, you have to serve notice else you wont get relieving letter, nowdays companies are taking UAN number for joining so if you abscond, your next hiring will be impacted. Better to serve notice period, and leave peacefully
