How much year should fresher systems Engineer should stay in tcs and if stays what are chances of salary growth?

If ur into good project stay for 2 years if not then after 1.5 years try to switch . Don’t expect financial growth in tcs .

2 years, due to covid, i stuck here, now my yoe > ctc. It will be difficult to switch if your technology is not that much relevant outside. Leave first when you get a chance. I finally got mine😌
