Trending @Infosys; How much would be the retention hike ?

While I was discussing with my managers then they told that we can get you around 10-15% hike but if it’s more than that, it’s something go the can approve. How much the retention bonus would be ? And how to get the approvals to that ? Or who can expedite the process ?
