Trending @Accenture; How much variable pay can I get?

I joined Accenture on Aug 11 2023 and I was tagged to project on Aug. 18 2023. When do we get our variable pay? In the month of November, I only got 2k(too less). In May, How much can I expect the variable pay? I have 1.50L as variable pay.
