11moTrending @Accenture; How much variable pay?
I joined Accenture in June 2024 and have been on 100% utilization since August, got appreciation mail from my client side manager. The only catch is my Accenture reporting manager has changed to another person so will that affect it? Fixed -9.5 lac 11.5 ctc at level 10. Do answer?

No matter about client appreciation, they’re makes fool. Accenture is worst company I’ve seen so far in terms of growth.

It's completely based on a prodata basis. If it's yearly pay just consider in ideal cases u get max variable pay/3, if any promotions max variable pay/2 but never expect 100 percentage. Precisely my max v.p is 27%, mostly around 8-10, with promotion got 15.
