Trending @Accenture; How much variable do we get and when .Do we really get 27% ? This is my first year CL8 Accenture operations Associate Manager

Generally I get less than 8 %

Hardly u get 2 lacs for 1 year split in to two tranches

No buddy get's 27%, except in dreams.

Max will be 15-16%

Between 10-15 only

L9 & L8 have 27% VP but it is paid only on the basis of company’s performance and individual’s raiting.

If you get Distinct Achiever then you will get 12-15% of Fixed , that also depends on DU Lead. Else if you get Continue to Grow it will be around 8-10%.

27% not even in your dream. Be happy if you get 50% of that
