How much time you are spending in TCS office right now ?
i am not going to office since feb end😂. I work for a BFSI UK client. My manager didnt say anything nether the HR. I resigned in july end and currently serving notice. I have a good rapport with my manager and he literally said to me - " ki ab kya hi krega office aake, notice period walo ka yeh kya hi ukhaad leinge". So i believe if you are working fine and have a dependency in you team/project your manager will be by your side and will kinda back you. But he literally said to others that i cant do anything now TCS is tracking the WFO so atleast try to adhere to WFO.
Thats true same my manager told us that nothing he or his manager can do on WFO non complience. If TCS higher management decide to elimanate people on the basis of WFO non complience then manager can not save you as nothing in his hand right now.
Agree ..all this is HR ka chutiyapa ...but since managers are face they are getting all the heat.
For most of the managers if work is getting done it hardly matters whether you do WFH or WFO...but HR ka kya hi kare.
