how much time siemens energy take for offer discussion?

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some insights on the typical hiring timeline at Siemens Energy.

I had my first interview in the first week of January. I was informed that the second round would be with the German team, but it eventually happened with the hiring manager. Later, the third-party HR shared that I’m selected and mentioned that the next step would be decided internally—either a German round or moving directly to salary discussion.

It has been around 1.5 months(entire hiring process) , and I’ve been told I should hear back within another week. I wanted to understand from others who have gone through a similar process: How long does Siemens Energy usually take to finalize the next steps after selection?
