How much time it took you to leave your job?

I am curious to know how much time people took from having the first thought of leaving to actually sending out a resignation.

The first time I switched it took me approx 8 months.

Took me around ~ 1 year to start applying to other jobs after having the thought of leaving. Took ~ 1 month to resign after that

Phonepe had switched from singapore to india, leaving within a year meant i had to let go of all the vested esops 😂
