Trending @Infosys; How much time does it take for promotion?

I became Senior Acon in Jan 2024 and also I am part of platinum club.

Secondly, I heard only Q1 and Q3 we have slots for promotion.

Can someone confirm on both the above points please? Thanks in advance!
