How much time does Deloitte USI usually take to issue an offer letter?
Cleared all 5 rounds, HR discussion done on 19th may since then waiting for OL, recruiter updated last week that it's pending in approvals and after that stopped picking up calls and no reply over mail as well.. should I wait or join somewhere else? I have received offers from EY GDS and Deloitte India. Both are offering same compensation. Which one would be a better choice to join?
Got a letter of intent for now, for A&A senior can someone tell if this is a technical position?

Oh, okay thanks. In my case, LWD is on 22nd still no offer from USI and then they will initiate BGV and other formalities so i will have to let go of other offers.. so I am confused.. usi is worth it or not? I just want a learning environment, unlike my current organization(micro managing everything)..
