How much Tekion pays to a SDE 2?
I’m expecting an offer from Tekion soon for a SDE 2 role. Just wanted to get the range of their SDE 2.
Current TC: 14 (fixed) + 2 (performance) YOE: 2.8 (including 1 year internship)
I have an offer from Meesho (but SDE 1 role) as well where fixed is 21 and 18 ESOPS.

They can surely match Meesho or go above it. So just quote higher right and if they negotiate then u can go bit lower. Just google for this one bcoz a lot of salary points exist for this company

They where paying around 36L base + 5L Stocks to 2 YOE till last year not sure about this year pay.
