How much TCS pays for Canada on-site?
I am a systems engineer with 8.9 LPA CTC and 3 yrs experience. I am being offered on-site opportunity in Canada. How much would be my salary on-site?
TCS's on-site pay for Canada isn't great. Expect minimal increase from your 8.9 LPA. You might save around ₹60,000 per month. Negotiate hard or look elsewhere.
I already have an offer of 15.5 LPA fixed with me and currently I am on notice period that's why they offered on-site to me. Would you suggest taking on-site over switch at this moment? I may get a better offer by the time my notice period ends.
You can take the other company offer or you can take a detour to Canada, checkout the country and possibly switch company in Canada or if you didn't like Canada then comeback and find another high paying job with the help of your onsite experience

Thanks! I have been doing really good work and worked very closely with clients but decided to resign for better pay. That's why they offered on-site to me. They have sent some people on-site already like this so I am confident that this isn't a lollipop or something.
