In Mar 2025 - Switched from 10 LPA to 35 LPA in just 2 months

I started giving interviews around Jan last week, and within 2 months, I went from a 10 LPA package to 35 LPA.
Here’s how it went: •1st offer: Company 1 → ₹18 LPA Base + ₹2L Bonus •2nd offer: Company 2 → ₹25 LPA Base (didn’t get the full breakdown since I didn’t continue further) •3rd offer: Company 3 → ₹33 Base + ₹14 Bonus + ₹2 Joining = ₹49 CTC
While I was interviewing with Company 2 and Company 3, I told Company 3 that if they could offer around ₹30 LPA Base, I’d stop interviewing elsewhere. They came back after 2 days of negotiation and offered ₹33 - probably because they liked me and knew I had interviews lined up with Company 4, which was offering above ₹35.
My notice period was ending in 2 days, and I didn’t want to risk it, so I accepted the ₹33 LPA offer.

No bro. 1Cr is very less for him. He should ask for atleast 3Cr - 4Cr.
