Trending @Accenture; How much should be package for BA 8.5 yoe in accenture ? Its been 3 years i am working here but dint get hike nor market correction .
You should be getting at least 20 lakhs by now. Demand it.
I am not getting that- i m only at 16 lacs and they have not even done any market correction. With no hikes but i see laterals are getting way too much at less yoe plus market is so bad currently not getting jobs as well applying from last 6-7 months 🥹🥹😅
Keep applying, as that is your ticket for hike.
See market corrections happen when your deliverables are much more than you make. First tell me are you in fixed cost project or hourly billable project? If hourly billable whats your rate card? If your rate card is making more than 50-60% range then they might consider for market corrections ? And also whats ur proficiency? Try to complete p4 so that u will be automatically put up for market corrections. And also if your skill set is not hot market chances of market corrections are negligible. Company find cheaper resource for regular skill. You need to consider all the parameters. Just years of experience thing won’t work well with accenture. I understand your frustration of less pay than your peers but if you step towards these directions you will see the change. All the best!

For my technology i am into - Salesforce BA .
I have been working in Salesforce from past 7 years .Also my proficiency that have tagged me to Salesforce testing competency and its P3 and they said if you change to BA ur chance of getting variable pay gets lower as there wont be any salesforce name shown there . So i m stuck with salesforce testing competency . I already have all required certifications for salesforce done .
And about the billing i guess its fixed cost project .
