How much should a visual designer should expect with 1YOE in an agency?

Hi all, I am looking to switch. Currently have a 12LPA offer from a funded early stage ai based startup funded by accel etc. i am v poor with startup terms so apologies if i mess anything here.

Prior to this i was making about 4.8LPA post TDS.

I am looking for better work environment as I heard this startup is kinda micromanagey and inconsiderate. however i dont know if I'll get this pay anywhere (i come from non design bg with not a lot of knowledge of the payscale in my niche, i didn't even know 12lpa was possible for me)
