I like the way companies in the Middle East function in terms of support. If you have spent anywhere between 1-3 years, you will receive half months’s salary for each year completed at the org, when you’re leaving the org(This is part of your F&F). If you’ve spent more than 4 years, you will get one month’s salary for every year you have completed at the org. So let’s say a person competes 12 years in a company in the Middle East, he/she will get additional one year of salary.
