People get severance? 🥲
Never had a single job where I got anything close to it. Ulta salary pura nahi diya kamine logon ne, and even tried to skip notice period altogether.
The one time I filed a complaint, it was attended to after almost a year. When I had already moved cities.
It's sad to be a regular employee in India.
