How much salary should I ask?
Currently working in an Service based IT company with 6LPA CTC.My skills are Power BI,Excel SQL with basic Python.I have 3.5 YOE. How much salary should I ask for while switching to Big4(PWC,EY,KPMG,Deloitte) and other service based companies(Capgemini,Cognizant,etc.)? I have an interview with Deloitte and Capgemini next week.

With your skills and experience, aim for 12-15 LPA when switching to Big 4 firms. For Capgemini or Cognizant, you might get slightly less but still substantial. Ask confidently.
