How much salary shall I expect for AUTOSAR software developer with 3 years of experience ?

I’m currently working in Bosch as Autosar software developer specifically in Classic Autosar, my CTC is 8 LPA. I’m looking for switch, how much CTC shall I expect from next company 3 YOE.

Also, which are the good companies are currently hiring for AUTOSAR software developers. Please suggest.
