How much salary I should get inhand of CTC 35 LPA fixed as per new tax regime?

Need suggestions on how to calculate in hand salary based on the new tax regime for FY 25-26 considering X as CTC. Do we have any chart or formula to calculate?

CTC - 21.5 lpa Fixed - 16 lpa Joining Bonus - 4 Relocation - 1.5

Also tell me which regime to follow and how to save tax
