How much Rent I can expect from a 2 BHK in Prestige city?
I had invested in a 2 BHK 970 sqft unit in prestige city Eden park.. Need to decide whether to selll or rent .. want honest opinion on monthly rental income

35 is generous, you can check your society forum for greediness level.
Next year you may increase to 42-45.
2bhk is super compact there. How much do you expect.
Sell it, Bangalore is due correction. Just imagine 6k apartments coming in the market and all demanding high rental when reachability is such an issue
Bangalore is due correction since last 2-3 years , but seeing increased demand , despite heavy supply, I don't think rent will ever come down for these gated societies. May stay on same level for 2-3 years

Check the rental yield, see how much interest you are paying. Generally speaking Sarjapur area is getting flooded with apartments, Nambiar township coming up. Demand will be low to moderate
