How much rent are you paying in Hyderabad Whitefields?

I recently moved to Hyderabad and looking for a 3 bhk flat for my family in the Whitefields area. Seeing rent in the range of 55-60K (in a gated society with basic amenities) including maintenance. Curious to know how much folks staying in that area are paying and if the rent quoted to me is reasonable?

Normal means
Dont think of very cheap
You will get 3bhk in 35k to 45k easily in some good buildings or societies.
