Exactly….. I was getting informed from last cycle that I am in discussion for promotion. Yet in this cycle they didn’t give that and the VP was also very low. I made some chaos with managers and leads, but no reaction as usual. After 2 days, I got the email for this Award. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
