how much realistic fixed salary P.A. can i ask @ EY GDS?

Hi Guys, I have cleared 3 rounds of interviews with EY GDS and i feel i have a good chance of getting selected. How much realistic salary i can expect / ask ? i have 16 years of experience.

Firstly 16 YOE calls for a Sr Manager and not Manager! Managers have a bracket from 25-42 LPA and this totally depends on your negotiation, previous experience, role and responsibilities and a lot of other factors like education as well (I don’t believe in degree but there are still a lot who does)! I’ll still say ask for the higher range! Also if you are going in GDS then do ask for Max range
