How much package should I ask for
I am senior salesforce developer with around 3.6 years of exp. my current package is 9 + LPA . I have cleared an interview for application developer salesforce IN accenture i was confused how much increase should i ask for i was planning on atleast 17LPA. What are your thoughts how much should I ask for?
Bro 17 is will be too ambitious, i myself thinking twice to give 20lpa for 6 years in sap
I have a friend who got 15+ with even less experience and he was around 6 to 7 LPA before he switched last month
See there is massive downside for your exp if u quote too high, you will understand it later and its just my opinion that it’s bit aggressive so saying bro
Bro , i don't know much about your tech stack but I was in similar boat when I was having 2.7 years of experience and i was earning around 8 lpa (or may be little less)
I asked for 20 and they gave me 22. So please don't underestimate yourself. You have to ask for more, if they don't have budget ,maximum they can say no and come up with their numbers
