12moHow much of a salary difference would make you consider a remote vs in-office role?
I currently have 2 offers one remote and another mandatory in the office. The in-office offer has an approx 20% higher pay in Bangalore. I am currently in Nagpur with expenses close to 50-70k pm. Is the 20% gap good enough to move to Bangalore?

even if the difference is 50%, its worth it. The biggest adv is WFH. Away from office, gives you time. A luxury that most people WFO cannot afford.
