For EPs, TCS has discontinued hikes based on anniversary appraisals. You will still receive ratings but only on paper.

I have 2-3 months left to complete my 1 year at TCS. They didn't consider me during yearly appraisal since I didn't complete my one year. So basically you mean no salary hike in terms of payment?
