Currently my experience is 3 years and ctc is 4.5, recently I got two offers worth 8LPA each. And my doubt is that, does 8LPA is considered best salary for 3 yoe as a vmware and VDI Administrator? And I do not have much time left in my NP to search for other offers, my LWD is less than 13 days as I have already served more than 2 months.
Please suggest!! And also if I switch after 1.5 years again then how much can I expect??
You are thinking too much buddy, and it doesn't help. Take one step at a time, join the new org based on the analysis which one of 2 is better. First of all, hope that your work and perks are better and think of continuing. Before even joining, you are planning to jump, thinking of hike after 1.5 Yrs 😅
Agreed with your reply bhai😅😅🤣, I am an overthinker but out of curiosity I've asked that question because I felt that im being underpaid, nevertheless Im happy with whatever I got. Thanks for the reply buddy!!!
U don't have much time left in Lwd so just accept that offer as for switch I think u would find how much is paid is justified for u r experience yourself in sometime.
And enjoy some of that hard earned raise cause there is always someone better paid than you at less experience.
