How much less Jobs

Compared to 2021,2022 how much less is the Job openings in market. B'coz, my 2021,'22 seniors had multiple offcampus offers at their hand at the time of graduation. So, I also thought I could get multiple offers, and negotiate salary. I'm '24 grad, so need your opinions and suggestions.
