Trending @Capgemini; How much Learning Hours should we need to complete?

I'm a new joiner, and I'm not sure about the mandatory learning hours that need to be completed to be complaint. Also, there is confusion between Next and Get ahead platform. Which one do we need to use? Kindly help.
