Trending @Accenture; How much knowledge should 2 years of experience Salesforce developer need?

Copy paste case numbers and assign owners is enough

Can some one provide guidelines on how to switch with 3 yoe with a handson knowledge on apex,lwc,flows and some admin stuff. I am not Even able to receive calls

In this current day and age, I would say any CL11 in SFBG should at least know the below:

• Configuration
• Data Security (Roles, Permissions, Profiles, etc)
• Automation (Flows, Approvals, etc)
• Apex
• LWC
• OmniStudio (Highly recommended considering the demand)
• Agentforce and Data 360 (Good to have)

This is the minimum you need to even land a basic role within SFBG these days!
