How much is TCS paying recently for C3B who are unassigned?

Any idea how many months of compensation they are paying for C3B candidate currently who are unassigned? Some people got 6 months salary who stayed for 3 years in TCS previously. Is it still the same or any change?

Yes. Many of my friends who were technical were removed in past 6 months. All the useless management people are preserved by the management.
