Trending @Cognizant; How much is Hike % affected due to not following RTO?
My project expected us to be 2 days in office in a week. From March 25 they are asking us to go for 4 days.
I have joined cts at M level last October. I live in tier 2 city and base location is Bangalore.
What're the consequences of not following RTO? Will I get 0 hike in next cycle or it just affects the %. If so much by how much %?
Also, any risk of job loss coz of not following RTO?

Hike is based on rating..but for rating RTO os also a factor. From my last discussion with manager, he said RTO, learning goals performance and everything will consider for rating.. for promotion also it will affect
Chill. Until you are in a project, no one will trouble you. Hike is based on rating only. Do wfh or wfo, nobody will care. If they do, send a medical prescription from an orthopedic doctor to your project manager and state doctor advised against travel.
