How much is everyone making?
I have been in TCS for the last 13 years, previously in BPO in the middle of service in IT Service Desk and again in BPO currently for last more than 2 years in IT as MIM role but for last 6-7 years no promotion and not even Salary hike which may cross 30k. When can I get a promotion from C1 to C2 ?

Absolutely no point in sticking to the company. Would suggest you to switch immediately. Your current salary will be way behind the market standards for sure

Understand that the service companies are like machineries which allocate your work . Just a labour assigning system bet it tcs or any other company, you will be relevant only upto certain number of years. Do your company switches wisely and never stick to one single company for lifetime. Simple advice
