What are the deduction of 9k...like from 41 to 32?

I think this is your first time as employee earlier you were receiving stipend as students.CTC is different than in hand salary.The deductions are employee Pf, Professional Tax, Insurance.Variable pay for this quarter is paid in next quarter second months.So every time you will not receive 100% variable pay .It depends on organization performance and competency performance.some times it will be 60%,40% or 90% like that.
