How much increment in Salary is provided after Wings 1 in TCS for C1 ?

I joined as ninja. After digital got 3.5 lpa increase in CTC.
For Innovator 2.2 lpa increase in CTC.

Expect a hike, but the exact percentage varies. For laterals, it's around 20-35%. Freshers might see 70-100%. Remember, it's often an "incentive," not a base salary increase.
