Trending @Cognizant; How much incentive for 4 rating in this year any idea ?

For employee who got promoted to A in October-2025, will they get bonus in march based on 20,000(PA Variable) or 45,000 (Associate variable/incentive)

If h1 received 4 and h2 received 5 then somewhere it will come like 4.95 but it's considered as 4 only in goperform

Same question. I should have gotten 5, but was only given 4. God knows what the incentive will be.
