The CTC breakup:-
This will depend on if they’re paying variable and retention monthly or at the end of the year. For getting an estimate put the fixed with any tax deductions in a tax calculator — expect around 1.05 to 1.25
Variable and retention will be paid at the end of 1 year
For fixed salary of 14,40,000 you can expect around 95k

I'm about to get an offer from infosys soon, they offered me 8.5 Lpa which includes 90% fixed and 10% variable. My question is how much I can expect monthly inhand after all deductions. If someone knows pls help me out.
