How much in hand I will get

Hi All, I got an offer letter from Accenture with 14Lpa as fixed and 3L variable pay, so finally how much in hand I will get every month??

Also variable pay how much I will get per year?

@FlakyGram1 May I know your tech stack and YEO? I’ve got the same offer from Accenture as 14.10 Fixed compensation and they said up to 27% variable pay… wondering what would be my take home

Should be around 98k per month, depending on how much PF is deducted.

I doubt 98k bcoz these companies cut many things in the name of salary structure n all so not sure.
