Trending @Infosys; How much I can ask?

I am 12.8 year experience and I have 9LPA with commendable rating. But I a. Getting incentives 50k per quarter which makes 11 LPA over all and this is time to wait for hike. So I am expecting atleast near to 12 LPA. I got an offer of 14LPA with out variable pay and with variable pay it's around 18LPA where they considered my ctc as 9LPA only. So is it ok to ask new company for more by considering my above points. Can we always negotiate again after one discussion?

@Jjnmikey with your experience in Infosys people are at jl6 and CTC is varying around 20-26 lpa..what is your jl , what incentive you are getting...if you are looking outside go above 20 without any second thought and negotiate max you can

Why do these companies keep exploiting like this... You interviewed a candidate, you are considering a potential future employee... Give them per market standards, pay based on how much they are going to make for you. Just because we somehow lies in a lower bracket doesnt mean we don't know or do you Job,or generate a proper revenue for you.
This is such a bad thing to do 😔. 🫂 Try to negotiate better with the other company and even Infosys , but don't leave it . You can try building on same offer.

Bro you have one offer keep looking for other offers by mentioning you hold an offer, and once you have another offer of 20 LPA then you can ask first company that i am getting 20 LPA if you can match this i will join.....

Then you can join which ever suits you best as pr location and work environment.

You can raise offer as many as you can until last working day ...

Be ready for those questions : Why we will give you offer you can raise other offer on top of our offer .....

With your experience, negotiating for more is reasonable. You can definitely have another discussion; companies expect it. Aim for what you feel is fair.
