Since last 2.5 years I got no hike no promotion yet I am the only team member who cleared client interview for the role and working till date. I am so important for them that I don't complete mandatory trainings as well sometimes or any other mandatory things and get no call to do so still no hike. Time to switch

Did you receive compensation letter? I received promotion mail but no letter was attached to the mail that say how much hike I received.
